Tara grew up in Spokane Valley and caught a glimpse of what all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She met her husband Brent in Denver during her Senior year of college at BYU. They moved up to Coeur D’Alene after enjoying all things Southern in Texas for the past 9 years. Together with their 3 kids- they take advantage of all the beautiful terrain and recreation here in Northern Idaho and the surrounding areas. Hiking, exploring, hunting, fishing, water sports, snowboarding... Adventure is out there!  

Tara developed a passion for real estate early on. Through 12 years of marriage and raising 3 kids she has worked in the home improvement industry by remodeling, flipping homes, interior design, building and creating furniture, and staging. She works hard to create a space that clients love and feel at home in. She has grown to love the restoration of homes through interior design along with the more hardy construction projects. She takes pride in being able to do all facets of a home remodel and won’t hesitate to jump in and show the boys how it should be done. She continued utilizing her interior design knowledge by delving into home styling and staging. As she works in property investments, she has discovered that these passions marry into her real estate career very well.

Tara is a fun-loving person who enjoys seeing people reach their goals whether in real estate or other areas of their life. Relationships with people motivate her to be a better mother, wife and person in general. Finding and selling homes, researching market stats, negotiating contracts, and helping clients find a space that meets their needs is what she is passionate about!
